Here we tell you everything you need to know.   <\/p>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What is the objective of the EMPLEA-T Program?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>The program seeks to encourage stable hiring in Andalusian companies, offering up to <strong>\u20ac25,000 per contract<\/strong>, depending on the type of aid. It is mainly aimed at: <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Self-employed persons.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Local corporations (to promote youth employment).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>The aim is to improve employment opportunities for specific groups, such as young people, people with disabilities, the long-term unemployed and people over 45 years of age.<\/p>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>7 Subsidy lines of the EMPLEA-T Program<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>The program includes <strong>7 lines of aid<\/strong>, each with specific requirements and amounts. Here we summarize them for you: <\/p>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>First indefinite-term contract (self-employed)<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\ud83d\udcb0 Up to \u20ac18,000 (+\u20ac2,000 if a woman is hired).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Requirement: There must not have been any previous hiring in the last 12 months.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Second or successive indefinite-term contracts (self-employed and SMEs)<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\ud83d\udcb0 Up to 15,000 \u20ac (+2,000 \u20ac additional for female hires).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Conversion of part-time to full-time contracts<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\ud83d\udcb0 Up to \u20ac10,000.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Hiring people with disabilities<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\ud83d\udcb0 Up to \u20ac20,000 per contract.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Hiring of interns (EPES Program)<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\ud83d\udcb0 Up to \u20ac20,000.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Requirement: The persons hired must have participated in the Professional Experiences for Employment Program (EPES).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Hiring of young people enrolled in the Youth Guarantee program.<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\ud83d\udcb0 Up to \u20ac18,000.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Hiring of young people by local corporations<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\ud83d\udcb0 Up to \u20ac25,000.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Training contract with a duration of 12 months.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>General eligibility requirements<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>In order to qualify for these grants, both companies and self-employed individuals must meet a series of general conditions:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To be based or carry out economic activity in Andalusia.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Formalize indefinite-term contracts with a full or part-time work schedule (minimum 50%).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Guarantee the maintenance of the contract for at least <strong>24 months<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Net increase in the number of permanent employees.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Important exclusions<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>Not all hires are eligible for these grants. Some of the excluded cases are: <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Contracts with immediate family members of the employer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hiring through temporary employment agencies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Special employment relationships (such as discontinuous permanent employees or executives).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>How to apply for grants?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>Applications are submitted electronically through the <strong>Single Electronic Registry<\/strong> of the Junta de Andaluc\u00eda.
