This week we are immersed in the Fourth Face-to-Face Training Module: Creating and Using Chatbots. This module, which began on Tuesday and concludes this Friday, is dedicated to one of the most relevant technological tools to improve interaction with customers: chatbots.
What is this module about?
During the course, participants are learning to design, develop and implement chatbots using Botpress, a powerful and accessible platform even for those with no previous programming experience. This learning allows them to create virtual assistants capable of:

Guide users in the navigation of web sites.

All of this translates into an optimized customer experience and greater operational efficiency for your business.
Module objectives
The module has the following goals:

Understand how chatbots can improve customer service and operational efficiency.

Design a chatbot with personality, tone and capabilities aligned to the needs of each brand.

Implement chatbots using Botpress.

Analyze and adjust the performance of chatbots based on real feedback.
Key Activities

Chatbots design: Creation of a virtual assistant that reflects the brand identity.

Development and Implementation: Configuration of chatbots in test environments with Botpress.

Feedback Analysis: Adjustments to optimize its functionality and usefulness.
Expected Results
Upon completion, participants will have implemented a functional chatbot for their website or social media, with the ability to handle basic interactions 24 hours a day. This tool not only improves the customer experience, but also reduces the manual workload, allowing teams to focus on more complex and strategic tasks.
